Since joining the Foundation in 2001, Stacy Cofer has been an asset to the Butler family; the Foundation has grown and strengthened significantly with her at the helm. Her vision as Chief Advancement Associate includes Butler's first ever significant capital campaign, Invest in the Power of Butler that is currently underway. The first campaign initiative, the Hubbard Welcome Center involved raising $4.2 million dollars in private funds for an outstanding campus facility that will serve as Butler's point of welcome and hub for college-related information. Future initiatives include a new Cultural Arts Center, Advanced Technology Center, and Athletic Complex.

Stacy earned her Bachelor's and Master's from Wichita State University and prior to Butler was the Director of Development for Kapaun Mount Carmel Catholic High School. She is married to Cal and they have three daughters: Megan, Shannon, and Allison.
