Party Package
The party package includes fun and tasty parties hosted by alumni and friends of the college. The proceeds from the ticket sales benefit the foundation.

A sampling of parties that have been held throughout the years are:

A Patch Party at Walter's Pumpkin Patch, M*A*S*H* party, Western chuck-wagon style dinner, French Bistro Dinner, Christmas lights dinner, Fish Fry, French and Italian dinners- just to name a few.

To receive an invitation for the upcoming Party Package season, which runs from July-October, contact our office. Each party can be attended separately from the others.

A Vintage Evening
A Vintage Evening, the Butler Community College's premier fundraising event. Now in its 11th year, the event brings together civic and philanthropic leaders in the Butler County area to support the mission and work of the Foundation. The night includes fun-filled bidding on both silent and live auction items, a wine reception and delicious sit-down dinner. An incredibly successful event year after year the money raised supports student success through scholarships, staff support, and advocacy. You may reserve a table for the occasion.

The driving force behind the Butler Benefit Auction is its volunteer team. Volunteers give generously of their time, talents, and expertise. They truly make a difference in the lives of our students. If you'd like to join this dedicated, talented team, contact Keri Myers.

Donate an item or service to our annual auction. All donors receive recognition for their gifts in our auction catalog, in our newsletter, and at the event. If you would like to donate something to the auction, simply print the donation form and return it to the Foundation

Phonathon
The "Dollars helping our Scholars" Phonathon is held in the Fall and Spring each year. Students are given the opportunity to call alumni and donors to update their information and ask for their support for the foundation.

Pacesetters
The dedicated supporters of the college that set the pace for our annual fundraising goals. They generously donate $1000 to the foundation's unrestricted funds.

Golf Tournament
The annual golf tournament, held in the Spring, is one tournament avid golfers do not want to miss. Teams compete for amazing prizes donated by local merchants and it's a wonderful tournament for both masters of the green and casual competitors alike. Register your team now.

Mountain Oyster Feed
Held annually every spring, this event is a fundraiser for the athletic department. It draws huge crowds for all-you-can-eat mountain oysters, fish, and drinks! For your ticket, contact Lori Llewellyn at 316-322-3202 or lllewellyn@butlercc.edu
